set an alarm to remind yourself to check the result the morning after deadline at 10am to check results
review the bid result under the "bidder functions" tab
you may receive an email with the bid result
if you win follow these steps

If you win a bid:
retrieve the case number on the saved bid confirmation
at hudhomestore.com go to "bidder functions"
look up bid result
click on the confirmation number
click on "addendums" tab. Save all documents found through links under the title "Addendums"

when bidding under a company name, no individual name is needed (pemco)
get an LLC that is a dot com. when bid results post or if there is ever a public memo with bidder names, you'll get free advertising... likely straight to other HUD bidders
