-bid deadline on hudhomestore does not reflect when offers will be reviewed and awarded. Awards may take place prior to bid deadline. this deadline is for exclusive owner offupant period only.
-after submitting bid, print PCR, repair escrow sheet and LBP addendum. These items will not be available on hudhomestore.com after the bid is awarded.
-visit hudpemco.com to print sales contracts
-make earnest payable to HUD (only)
-must mail contracts to: Pemco ltd, 4500 cherry creek dr south #410, Glendale CO 80246 within 48hrs

  • Earnest money guidelines: Certified funds should be made payable to HUD only!  This will conflict with the earnest money guidelines Addendum in the contract package.  Please follow the recent changes.
